At some point I may automate this, but for now you are reading a bespoke, handcrafted, changelog. I don’t think I’ll be considering “publishing a blog post” a change for the purpose of this page, since the RSS feed already takes care of that pretty handily.

- Tags! They’ve been in the metadata all along, but unless you’ve been looking at page source or use a feed reader that displays them, you’d never know. Now you can see them in a couple of places. The main entrypoint is a section at the bottom of each post linking out to pages for all of its tags. All tags have their own page where you can see other posts with that tag as well as links to all the other tag pages. I wrote an introductory post if you want to get into the nitty gritty details. about it!

- I’ve added a footer! The navigation in the header was getting kind of crowded and I thought the footer would be a handy place to put things like the link to this changelog. This actually ended up being a really good opportunity for me to clean up some lazy CSS that I’d written sometime earlier.

- I added this changelog page! It’s something I’ve seen some other Indie Web folks doing and I thought it might be nice to have, especially as I start to make some bigger changes around here. Version control is great, but it’s not meant for humans in the same way that a changelog is.
- I’ve also update my links page. In addition to some general reshuffling, I’ve added new links to existing sections, and a whole new section for artists! Having an artists section makes it just that much easier for me to put some of the artists whose work I love in front of other peoples’ eyeballs. If you’re looking at this, that’s awesome! Now knock that off and go check out some of their work, maybe even throw some ducats their way if you can afford to. Thanks! 💖
